A chef will come out and speak with you about what foods you should avoid and what dishes can be made to fit within your dietary needs. The restaurant does not use nuts in any of its woks, so cross-contamination should not be an issue. The restaurant does not have gluten-free options yet, but eventually will. Those with MSG sensitivities should talk to the chef. It would also be a good idea to make sure the wok they use is clean to avoid cross contamination for those with sensitivities.
