Special Health Requests:  Guests can speak directly the chef about the ingredients in all the foods and which foods they should try to avoid. The chef can prepare a meal that will specifically fit within your dietary needs. Let the staff know of your dietary concerns when you arrive to the restaurant. As with any buffet, be aware that cross-contamination can occur through a number of means including diners using serving utensils for more than one food, etc.
