impact me emotionally? - What
services & tools are available to me?

The list goes on! There are things
to know
about the Disney World parks that can make or break your trip. Walt Disney World®
With Disabilities gives you the inside information you need before
you go!

wheelchair issues, information for blind and deaf guests,

Descriptions of issues and tips related to waiting in lines for

Each attraction has a unique queue line where
guests wait to experience the attraction. Some are indoors
and some are outdoors. Some are highly themed and some
have nothing of interest. You're likely to spend at least
some time in these lines, and possibly a lot of time! In
this book you'll find details important to disability issues
such as queues that are difficult to navigate a wheelchair
through, whether a queue is in full sun, queues that might
stimulate claustrophobia, and much, much more.

Descriptions of attraction seats and ride cars.
|
 |
Any
relevant info related to boarding a ride

Take advantage of the many
services Disney provides
to those with special needs
and disabilities that many people never find out about. We didn't
know what was available to us for years. It was a process over
time of learning what's available and how to make use of it, and we'll
share that with you.

A
readers review:
"Incredible book! I wish I had it years ago! We've found
Walt Disney World With
Disabilities to be remarkably helpful. I've got a number of
difficult conditions including heart problems, diabetes,
back problems and Parkinson's. This book makes it so much
easier for me to manage and enjoy myself. I've gone to
Disney many times over the years, but I never picked up on
most of the tips in this book. Plus you describe the
way the rides feel so completely. It makes
things so much easier. Thank you!"

A
travel writer's review:
"Stephen Ashley
is a Disney guru!
Walt Disney World with
Disabilities includes the finest details, from hints
for making room reservations to tips about which
disability or phobia might be affected by each
individual ride or attraction. Clearly, Asher knows the
parks inside and out. This book fills a glaring gap in
Disney tourism literature and will help make the parks
more enjoyable for every visitor."
